Screen every customer — and everyone behind them
Retail customers at account opening, business customers with their directors and owners, and the names on a payment before it leaves. One policy, written by your compliance team, applied to every check.

Four moments a bank screens a name
- 1
Opening an account
Screen the applicant as an individual, with their date of birth and country, so a common name doesn’t bury your analysts in look-alikes.
- 2
Onboarding a business
Screen the company, then each director and owner. A company workflow can keep a company whose owner or director is sanctioned, even when the company itself isn’t.
- 3
Before a payment leaves
Send the beneficiary’s name from your payment system through the API, and hold anything that matches until someone has looked.
- 4
Reviewing the book
Re-screen existing customers on your own schedule through the API, each result filed under your own customer reference.
Everything an analyst needs to clear it or escalate it
A match opens into the whole record, so the decision doesn’t start with another search.
- The name it matched on, and a match score.
- Aliases, positions held, family ties and directorships.
- Each sanctions or PEP entry, with a link to its source.
Built for how a bank is examined
Every screening can be explained afterwards: which rules applied, what came back, who could see it and what it cost.
- Your policy, applied as written
- One workflow per kind of customer — date of birth, country, passport or national ID for people; registration number and country for companies. Every search follows it, in the console and through the API.
- Evidence for every decision
- Each screening is kept in your usage log with its results, its cost and your own reference, and comes with a PDF report you can download again at any time.
- Separation of duties
- Roles the server enforces, authenticator codes at sign-in, and a log of sign-ins and of changes to your team, roles and workflows.
- Integration you can lock down
- Keys limited to screening or to reports, to your own servers’ addresses, and to an end date if you want one.
Does AMLPRO monitor our customers automatically?
No. A screening runs when you ask for one. To review your existing book, re-screen customers through the API on the schedule your policy sets — each result is filed under your own customer reference.
Can we screen a company’s directors and owners?
Yes. Screen the company as a company and each director and owner as an individual. A company workflow can also keep a company whose owner or director is sanctioned in the data, even when the company itself isn’t listed.
What can we show an examiner?
Your usage log records every screening with its result, its cost and your reference, and each screening has a PDF report you can download again at any time. Your workflows show the rules every search followed.
Can we limit who sees screening results?
Yes. Roles decide which pages each member of your team can open, and the server refuses anything a role doesn’t allow — typing the address doesn’t get round it.
