Money transfer

Both ends of every transfer, screened

Screen the sender and the beneficiary on every transfer, in any corridor, with the details that tell two people with the same name apart.

Illustrative — fictional names.

The common-name problem

Send more than a name, review fewer matches

Remittance runs on common names. A workflow compares the details you already collect, so a list entry that only shares the name is dropped before it reaches your team.

Agents screen walk-in customers from the console

Not every transfer starts in an app. Agents at a branch or partner location search from the console, and the same rules apply as for your API.

  • A login for every agent, with a role that decides what they can open.
  • Authenticator codes at sign-in, and a console that signs itself out when left alone.
  • Agent searches land in the same usage log as your API calls.
On the record

Every transfer, accounted for

01

One reference, both parties

Tag the sender’s and the beneficiary’s screenings with your transfer ID and find them together in the usage log.

02

A report per party

Each screening comes with a PDF report — what was searched, what came back, and when.

03

Priced per search

Each screening is charged to your prepaid balance at your plan’s price, so two parties are two searches.

Questions

What remittance teams ask us

Something we haven’t covered? Ask us — we’ll answer for your case.

Do we pay for both the sender and the beneficiary?

Yes. Each name screened is one search, priced by your plan and charged to your prepaid balance.

What if we don’t have the beneficiary’s date of birth?

Send what you have. A workflow step with nothing to compare is skipped, so the name is still screened on everything else.

Does AMLPRO stop a transfer?

No. It tells you what matched and where it was listed; your system or your team decides whether the transfer goes ahead.

Can our agents use it without the API?

Yes. Give each agent their own login and a role. They search from the console, and their searches land in the same usage log.
